| | How much will it cost to do a certain job? | | All jobs are subject to travel/fuel charges. As I work on an hourly basis I can only estimate the cost based upon how long I think a job will take. Of course like any quotation, this is only a rough idea. See the PRICING page for more info. |

| | I booked you to install some items but they have not arrived. Can I cancel? | | Firstly dont stress. I certainly don't charge for cancellations or rescheduling jobs. |

| | Can you provide all the parts for the job? | | I have limitations regarding larger object such as fence panels, but I would make you aware of this. If I need particular items there maybe a charge to collect. Also if parts are required on a job there maybe a small fuel addition for me to collect. |

| | How much do you charge for a day? | | I don't, I charge hourly. If I need to stay late to complete I will. If I finish quickly then great, you save money. |

| | What areas do you cover? | | As a general rule approximately a maximum of 20miles from Kidlington. Areas such as Oxford, Yarnton, Banbury, Woodstock, Bicester, Wheatley and Eynsham. I can go further if need be. My charge for Travel And Fuel will vary dependant upon distance. If in doubt, you can contact me. |

| | Am I equipped with the correct tools? | | For most regular jobs, I have the necessary tools needed, and accessories such as plugs and screws. If you feel a certain job may need specific or specialised tools, then please let me know in advance. |
